29 March, Wankhede: KKR posted 220/4, with Ajinkya Rahane making 67 off 40 balls and Angkrish Raghuvanshi adding 51. MI chased it with five balls to spare. Ryan Rickelton hit 81 off 43 and Rohit Sharma 78 off 38 in an opening stand of 148. Shardul Thakur was player of the match for his 3/39. MI's 224/4 is their highest total against KKR and the highest successful chase in the fixture.
20 May, Eden Gardens: KKR chose to field and reduced MI to 41/4 inside the powerplay. Sunil Narine took 1/13 from four overs, and only Corbin Bosch's 32 not out off 18 balls lifted MI to 147/8. Manish Pandey, who began his IPL career at MI, was player of the match for his 45 off 33 balls. He put on 64 with Rovman Powell, who scored 40. Bosch took 3/30, but KKR reached 148/6 with seven balls to spare.
That win kept KKR's playoff hopes alive for a few more days but neither side reached the IPL 2026 playoffs.

2022: Cummins needs 15 balls
